CTLplast Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. was incorporated on Feb 05, 1999. It’s activity involves contract manufacturing of plastic components for household as well as industrial products.
We have vast experience of staff who have worked in plastic injection mould environment for more than 10-15 years. We also adopt modern technical and management techniques for fast, efficient, effective and quality products.
In addition, we have reliable workers who had worked since the commencement of the business. These are the dedicated team that already worked and had vast experience in plastic related manufacturing activities for few years and dedicated to achieve high quality of work. Presently the company is operating at full capacity on a 2 shift basis per day with 150 full time employees.
Our workers and management work closely in implementing procedures and systems toward a better efficient and systematic organisation. With our slogan of “Do It Right From The Start“ coupled with skilled and experienced staff, we are committed to perform, to satisfy and meet customers requirements.
The new production workers who join in the organisation will commence by going through intensive training program which involve various departments. They will resume their normal routine job after familarisation of our company system, quality procedures and production procedures. Existing workers will enhanced their skill and knowledge by attending our internal or external training program conducted regularly.
